Getting through the front door is half the job
Support in the city runs into things the suburbs do not. Secure towers with concierge desks, visitor sign-in, lifts that need a swipe, loading zones instead of driveways, and streets where there is nowhere to stop. If the worker cannot get up to your apartment, none of the rest matters.

Funding and cost
What city support costs under the NDIS
We charge in line with the NDIS Pricing Arrangements and Price Limits, so the rate is clear before a shift. Quotes are free, there is no call-out fee, and we go through your first invoice with you.
We support plan-managed and self-managed participants, and NDIA-managed participants where the item allows. If your plan is new, we will help you make sense of how it is managed.
